We are Hart and Vanessa Traylor, a husband and wife real estate team! We’re both natives of the Midlands (Hart grew up in Forest Acres and Vanessa in Gilbert).  We met at USC (go Gamecocks!) in 2005 and got married in 2008. Hart has been a licensed agent since 2010, and Vanessa since 2015.
We love working together and believe that our strengths complement each other very well, making us a great team! We have 3 wonderful (and rambunctious) sons, and love building memories together as a family,  including annual trips to family camp, and beach trips to the Carolina coast! We are also actively involved at our church. In our spare time, Hart enjoys playing music and keeping up with Gamecocks football, basketball, and baseball, as well as the Minnesota Vikings.
Vanessa enjoys design and DIY projects. Our middle son had two forms of cancer when he was 2 years old and underwent a bone marrow transplant.
By God’s grace, he is doing well! Because of this journey we walked we love donating a percentage of our commissions towards pediatric cancer research, our local children’s hospital, and Make A Wish SC! We love Columbia and the Midlands, and love helping buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate dreams here!
